Our practice, consists of professional, licensed massage therapists whose focus is to help our clients achieve a better quality of life. We use advanced therapeutic techniques such as swedish massage, deep tissue massage, prenatal massage, trigger point therapy, hot stone therapy, ear candling, Reiki energy work, and nutritional counseling.
Ashley's passion for health, fitness, and nutrition led her to a career in massage therapy and alternative healing arts. Ashley attended Nursing School at Houston Baptist University followed by Massage Therapy training at the American Institute of Allied Health. Furthering her education, Ashley has taken numerous advanced CE courses on the massage techniques listed above as well as becoming certified as a Level 3 Reiki Master. Through her compassion and expertise in pain management therapies clients receive total body wellness.
